Sculpture & Assemblage

Shaped by the desert, inspired by the sea—
As a self-taught artist, I transform salvaged wood, beach finds, and vintage materials into modern relics, each one telling a story of where it came from and what it’s become. Whether painted, carved, or assembled, my medium is as limitless as my imagination. My work is not just meant to be seen, but to be felt and experienced.

Rooted in nature, my creations mimic its forms, patterns, and rhythms. They bring the outside in—casting warmth, texture, and presence into everyday spaces. I am inspired by the grain of wood, the tones of earth, and the harmony between my desert childhood and coastal life. Artists like Noah Purifoy and Isamu Noguchi reflect this balance, and their work moves me deeply.

For this exhibit, each piece rests on a custom stand, painted and scenically designed to echo where ocean, sand, and sky converge. Cradled in bed of natural sand, the pieces feel as if they’ve just washed ashore, connecting art to nature in a tactile, meaningful way.
